Where refunds come from
All Rainfall purchases — the free download and any Rainfall Plus subscription — go through the Apple App Store. Apple bills you, Apple holds the money, and Apple processes refunds under their standard policy. We can't issue an App Store refund on Apple's behalf.
Apple is generally generous about refunds for digital purchases when the request is recent and made in good faith.
How to request a refund from Apple
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
- Find the Rainfall charge in your list of purchases.
- Tap or click Request a Refund and follow the prompts.
Apple usually responds within a few days. The decision is theirs.
Cancelling a subscription
Cancelling a Rainfall Plus subscription is separate from asking for a refund. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
To cancel on iPhone or iPad:
- Open Settings.
- Tap your name at the top → Subscriptions.
- Tap Rainfall Plus → Cancel Subscription.
To cancel on Mac:
- Open the App Store.
- Click your name in the bottom-left, then View Information.
- Scroll to Subscriptions and click Manage.
- Find Rainfall Plus and click Cancel Subscription.

Free trials
If a Rainfall Plus subscription includes a free trial, you can cancel the trial any time before it ends in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling during a trial avoids the first charge.
If we can help
We're happy to help you find the charge or walk through the refund flow. Write hello@rainfallmeditation.com — but the actual refund decision stays with Apple.
